Tips for Maintaining Ear Health and Why Ear Health Is So Important

The ear is one of the senses in our body which is very important. So vital is this organ that if only a little is disturbed, you can lose your hearing.
If hearing is damaged then you can become mute. The reason is because not the slightest sound is captured or heard.
As we know the ear consists of different parts with its own function. For example, the ear leaf serves to channel sound waves into the ear hole and will later be sent to the brain.
With information entering the brain it will translate the meaning of the sound wave. That’s why it’s important for us to know how to maintain ear health.

Factors that worsen hearing performance
Compared to other senses, you may not care much about the condition of your ears, even though these senses are so vital. Even so our activities actually make hearing ability drastically reduced.
Apart from all that, there are other factors that worsen our hearing performance, including:

1. Habit of Ear Cleaning with Cotton Bud
This one is a bit fun, that is cleaning the ears with a cotton bud is fun but if not careful it will be fatal. At first glance it seems like the dirt in the ear was successfully removed even though it was actually not.
Impurities that are successfully pulled for a long time will be pushed back so that they will accumulate and harden without knowledge. Actually there is a natural mechanism of the ear that automatically makes dirt in the ear.

2. Listening to Music with Ear Piece
Here is another habit of contributing to ear damage. Refreshing music via ear piece can cause damaged ears. Although it feels good, the bass sound from the ear piece can damage the ear’s sensitivity so that your hearing is interrupted. Therefore, avoid listening to music using ear pieces for too long.

3. Watch the Music Concert in the Leading Front
A rock music fan won’t just keep listening to his idol rocker concerts in the capital city. Immediately he will chase to his idol come, buy a ticket and then watch the live concert. Not infrequently he sat in the front row close to the speaker box.
The frequency of the sound is so high and hard that it can damage the internal parts of the ear. The eardrum can break because the frequency of the incoming sound is too large.
If this is the case, any treatment cannot solve the problem because the hearing is totally damaged.
