First of all i would like to apologize for doubting your company. I ordered the Ascent TI some time back and i was very pleased with my phone and the service was excellent. Unfortunately i some how broke the small "latch" on the back cover and requested a replacement. First of all Lux-Replica-Phones asked me to email them a photo of the broken back cover, which i did, They told me that a replacement would be shipped to me and appologised for the inconvenience. After about a week i emailed them ( rather a lot) saying why it was taking so long etc, etc and was politely told that they were waiting for the item to be in stock. I rather foolishly got a bit upset with them thinking that i was being ignored and would never see the replacement back cover. Only last night i had another go at the poor chap at customer care and told them what i thought. BUT, guess how bad i felt when this morning my replacement back cover arrived!! With NO extra cost to myself. So i am writing this email with my humblelist appologise for doubting Lux-Replica-Phones. There are several versions of the Ascent Ti available. But none of them are Quad-Band (850/900/1800/1900 Mhz), you can have either 850/900/1800 or 900/1800/1900. Thank you for your interest.
